I remember reading it somewhere. But no, I don't play Shine Online. I'm playing Korean Fiesta while waiting for CB2 to come up. I don't KQ because I'd have to communicate with Koreans, who speak Korean, obviously. The problems with that are that I can't read/understand any Korean, and my computer displays the symbols as random boxes and fractions.

Ah.
The only reason I put level 80+ in my post is because of a loading screen I file I used for my sig. The file name was "KQ_L80_Boss.tga".

well all monsters in KQ are harder than the lvl they are designed to be. You know those green names have a ton of hp and hard hitters

They actually had quests that actually are worth it to do during lvls 19-31?...
Anyway i agree with Synelia, later on the Kqs will not be as helpful as the king slime one. Not to mention they'll become increasingly HARDER.

Heh, I don't really mind if the KQs won't help as much. If they still have cool rewards, then that's even better. KQs are just generally more fun to me than just grinding. D: But yeah, if it's too hard and I fail all the time then I guess I'd go back to grinding, haha.

Hmmm, I guess Ill just KQ when I hit lvl requirements(was it 7 for first one) for them.
Then Grind, when I get bored Ill just KQ and grind
When I hit next KQ Requirement(currently 17?)
Lather Rinse Repeat

Well you should be able to do KQs all the way from 7 to 32. (Not sure about 32, but the first set of KQs are for levels 7-16, and the next one should be from 17 - 32?). But yeah, not sure if it's 32, I just guessed that number because there's a KQ for level 33 - 41. But then again, 17 - 32 seems like such a large range. D:
