Need help on citing a source

How do I cite something that has not author or publish date?
This is one of the the article I need to cite. I want to take notes of it but I need to be able to cite it. This article had a citing at the bottom but that doesn't. =/

btw, anyone know any places I can find more information about black holes?

Are you using MLA or APA style citations?

To cite from an article it says

Author's last name, first name. "title of Article." Title of Web Site. Day Month year site was posted, updated or revised. day Month year of access <UrL>.

I'm citing from a Website.

Hmm.. I think I'll just email my teacher and finish note taking/citing tomorrow. Though if you can find a way to cite it please do tell me. Thanks for the efforts.
