Another annoying KQ experience - Page 2

Ohhh i had a similar experience...

i remembered Mara to be a fun KQ, so i went on my mule to play Mara... and like.. ppl are stupid or something... the whole group was running all over the place... pulling EVERYTHING along the way... half the group rushed ahead, and the rest spread out down the map... i dont remember Mara being like this... has lower lvls gone noober, or just that now that i'm at a higher lvl... i see this KQ differently?

probably just those ppl in my KQ who are noob...

and in Robo KQ last nite .. my group had the potential to win that game.. but ppl werent fighting in south room (they were fighting in the middle =/) and ppl not grouping up with clerics to party... (oh gawd we had like 10 clerics) and then only 5 mins into the game we had 2 runners going with kebings, skeletons and wolves on their back...

and everyone else was in shroom -.- i was like... NO RESTING! got two trains out there.. but no one cared... and runners werent running the mobs into us so we cant kill it.. he ran off and we couldnt catch the mobs... cant believe we lasted like that for like 20~25 mins... wasted all my stones.. knowing it's gonna be a fail...

i'd rather it be like room B who failed in 4 mins XD at least i save my stones....

Gee, sorta sounds like some of my posts. 'Cept no one is attacking you. Ah well. Anyways, now you know my pain but unlike you I have to deal with this all the time. And unfortunately its becoming more and more common. There is something I noticed though. There are fewer and fewer Clerics joining the lower leveled KQ's these days. It all Mages and Archers and sometimes a Fighter or two. Wonder why that is?

I'm assuming clerics level faster because they party with more people.

Or solo for more exp per kill.

Yeah but wouldn't that mean there would be even more of them then?

but there's like an overload of clerics in Robo KQ nowadays...

maybe we should think of this as like.. generations... when the lvls 3x was lvl 2x there were too many clerics, so everyone's like.. we've got too many of them, make a different class...

now that we've moved 10 lvls... the generation down (lvl 2x) doesnt hv any clerics... WA-LA! that's my unproofed theory...

Why would people flame me lol =p But yeah, I remembered Mara to be fun, but its like, the newer people are really..cocky I guess x_x It wouldn't be so bad if they stopped when you say "Stop attacking" or tell them pointers or something =\

i think.. its coz Blah has moved on... she use to be the dictator in all KQ... "DO THIS, DONT DO THAT, NOW EVERYBODY GATHER, -DUDE- TANK AND ALL CLERICS HEAL HIM" kekeke some ppl might not like being told wat to do but she does give them proper directions...

and that teaches the strategy in KQ... our generation is trained by Blah!

And well no, I mean if you go by the soloing theory they may be grinding more than KQing.

Because thats exactly what they did to me. It was kinda fun. In fact, I enjoy doing some of the KQ's sometime. But when people run off and start doing things on their own while shouting orders to everyone else it ruins the entire fun element of it. It would be great if they just listened for once though. Not everything can be completed by just throwing meat shields at something and spam healing them. It takes a bit of strategy and teamwork but no one has that I guess.

Mara KQ is like a noob-magnet for some reason. Had a fighter who said she could tank and didn't need any scroll (even refused offers for free ones) and couldn't tank if her life depended on it. She didn't even have snear and let Marlone loose unto the clerics. Then I had to try and save some of those clerics and spammed my skills... here I was tanking Marlone and mind you I'm an Archer here. Then some idiot runs off and decides to bring Mara along for the ride too. Those are times when I wish I could just shoot those players dead with my arrows.

But I suppose you get what you pay for in these sort of games...
