Yes, submit any Fiesta-related site that you want (you can oly submit one site per email). There are two categories: Guild sites and Fansites.

Not sure how the voting works but the sites that get the most pageviews get listed at the top.

I think whoever registers fiestafan is given a link, and they gotta get people to click it? That's how some private servers operate.

Yes, you need the Aardvark TopSites mini-banner code. Post the code up somewhere on FiestaFan or wherever you want. I am assuming that the more people who click the banner, the more votes you get....so far, I've only learned that people who visit your site more will get your site to the top of the list. So if anyone has their own site, I would suggest that they would submit their site to the TopSites list, post the Aardvark banner code they get on their site and then advertise it so people click the banner.

I'm still doing more research and formatting the site a bit so it works better.

What's that Enter and Vote and Enter without voting mean? I tried both but I see no difference. D:

Enter and Vote = Go to the site and be able to submit your own link to the site.

Enter without voting = Go to the site and NOT be able to submit your link to the site.

I did more research and found out that "Votes" are counted when a person clicks on the Aardvarks Mini-banner, gets directed to the TopSites page, and then submits a link to the list. Each submitted link = 1 vote.

So basically, if FiestaFan (or any other Fiesta site) had an Aardvark mini-banner on the site and a person clicked on it, they would be directed to the TopSites page. Once there, IF they submit a link to the TopSite list, then FiestaFan (or whatever Fiesta site it is) gets a vote. The Aardvarks TopSite mini-banner has a code that makes it so that it will detect where the person is coming from so it will know if the person is coming from FiestaFan or not and it will give the vote to FiestaFan.

So, the more submitted sites, the more votes!

But, as of right now, the Fiesta TopSites list is configurated so that votes don't matter. Sites are ranked by amount of pageviews it gets.

Pretty soon, I'll be editing the layout of the TopSites page so that it will show a site's rating and the number of votes it has received.
