2 main empowerments for deva is cd/duration, sp is optional and power is pretty useless, because it isnt a skill u use for doing dmg, even if u empower power, it won't make a really big difference >.> ppl dont go around spamming deva to kill in pvp/pve XD

Actually empowering Deva can be useful as a Pure STR fighter that likes to solo AOE combine that with whirlwind attack and you can solo AOE pretty darn well and fast.

Yeah, but it turned into a decent discussion and is not spammy, so I think we might leave it open this time, since it is a good discussion going on.

I increased the damage on my deva and decreased the cooldown. SP consumption is not something I am worried about right now, because so many of my other skills could use cooldown or more power.

Well if thats the case.

Personally I would empower everything in Devastate. Its a fighters most used skill and most useful skill. Empowering Damage in that skill has already made me smile as in Passage of Abyss When I'm soloing AOEing 7 Karasian Soldiers at once. Its always good to spam a powerful Devastate when the cooltime wears off. So pretty much by the time I get to the last Soldier he has under half health left or even almost dead.

I agree with you there. I empowered everything on Devastate as well. It is my most used skill by far... It helps to stop the mobs from killing everyone else off in KKP as well. At least for a little while until some other fighter mocks them (which usually doesn't happen >.>)

It would be quite nice to max out all the skill points for deva.

I would've maxed the effect time first, but I guess that depends on the preferences...

Max out all of them, you can leave out SP decrease, but..that's up to you.
