Apparently -according to CSR Joker- When the game decompresses, it saves into a temporary folder where the package can be run etc etc...but it wont let me open the package or w/e

try redownloading the client again..

the one you have might be corrupted or something...

but delete the 1st one you Downloaded 1st...

and if you can, delete the files inside your TEMP folder, by default it is located at...(just look at your screen shot..)
