Quest..bug?

I had a problem with Hopless James 2, whenever i tried to use the ex elrue it always said that the wepon or the elrue was of the wrong kind.

^ that one is surely bugged. Won't work for my Epith nubs too.

oh yeah and to every1 who is wondering why it looks like my shield scrolls are bugged- at some point all my skills were over there and the empower dots stayed there O_o
and no it doesnt boost up anything for the scroll unfortunatly T^T
o.o well anyway i fixed the bug thing~ xD
