Go to World Map. It's in the Ellia Continent. The castle at the top with all the Lightning. I'm going to say this now but... that map is a pain in the ass.

An Alchemist and Crossbow is a definite must. Perhaps a DK too...

Oh... you'll probably need to be at least 30. Or find some nice people who would let you stay in the room. I'd help if I can but I'm only 33... Crossbow.

The 'dark' Lass is rather easy... Fatal Slash is a pain though. Kaze'aze on the other hand... is... yeah...
