Precisely what I am afraid of. Last time I checked I-Gunz, it was flooded with various hacks, and just turned ugly. I really don't wanna see Fiesta turn into that, but with the type of protection offered by the X-Trap, it will most likely be uneatable.

I don't think they'd have done it if they had any choice in the matter.

I shudder at the uproar that's probably going on at the officials.

I think 'hacks' are always a potential problem in any game, so it's of mild concern to me.

It's like...

they didn't have the rights to send it to all of Europe in the first place... and now that someone has gotten the legal rights to it, they're claiming it.

Nothing I can do about it, but yeah.

They said that the accounts won't be locked... so if someone can access them somehow... all of our CS items will still be there.

It's kinda sad.. that "Famous Cleric in Teva" is my guild master. And now with Outspark blocking Euro IPs, things will be in chaos. I wish that the current Outspark players will be able to play. But only block Euro players that are going to register.

If you've started using it.. then it will eventually expire...

but the CS items that hasnt been used will still be there... and the spark cash that are unused....

Fiesta is nearly 100% server-sided, so hacks will definitely never be a problem. IIRC, Xcrap blocks the exploits that made two certain Bijou cappers infamous, and that was basically it. Except for the title thing Triumph mentioned a while ago, which is something I've never heard of. That'll probably be server-sided soon if it isn't already. Don't worry about it becoming the next Gunz, though. No way Fiesta could get messed up like that game did. (I hear that Outspark knows when you deactivate Xcrap, also.)

Yeah, this is really unfortunate. They can transfer their characters over, so it's not a total loss for them. They really only lose time that could be spent grinding or making money. Assuming that they also transfer items/money with a character.

I bet 3/4 of the current Euro players in Outspark won't be bothered to start all over again in Euro Fiesta. Which leads to loss of players and money for Outspark, and a tiny bit of players for Euro Fiesta.
