The chocolate flavor one is better. Taste like chocolate milk, which i personally dislike but i can deal with it. Ordered a weeks worth so hopefully I can do it!

You also need stuff like fiber in your diet that primarily comes from plant type stuff. Don't know if soylent has that...

This doesn't show it has fiber but the 100food guy on reddit says it does contain fiber.

He's talking about the double protein though it doesn't have it listed on the nutritional facts

So i'm guessing they don't list fiber on the nutritional facts?
