I'm sure the mind-set will be:
1) nice
2) active
3) helpful
4) logical && rational
5) GG member, since that's where they seem to be.

I'm not saying that you HAVE to be there, but take a look at it. REALLY.

I think that's a little absurd and presumptious. But taking a look from an
outsiders perspective, perhaps that would be the mindset. That would be the problem though, they're majorly outsiders with little perspective on what the real deal is.
When people make assumptions with no real basis (observations can easily mislead), and let such assumptions lead them to a feeling of hopelessness, I think the blame squarely lies on them as the individual, rather than the society. Many of the people who came complaining in this thread about G____G and their influence over moderators, didn't have the whole scope of things before making their highly unsubstantiated claims.
Now that perspective has been provided, I think people should re-evaluate their thoughts and feelings towards G____G moderators. They do operate on an individual and independant basis, and their decisions are largely based on logic and fairness, rather than outside influences and personal bias.
I just hope such assumptions are not made again, and this thread need not be relived.
