this is used to refer to characters in any game that are built to do a ton of damage with little to no survivability. basically how 80% of players are building their carries.

Their removing flash because a lot of players believe it's a Free Mistake card. So if you made a mistake you can just use flash to escape out of it. And flash his pretty much used by every player in the top elo.
