What a great way to show that they're not bias towards cash shop users... by pissing us off...

OK the premium bag MAY be out of Outspark's reach...

but they cant blame this promotional crap on OnsOnSoft now.. that's TOTALLY in their control... but it doesnt matter, apparently it has nothing to do with our Customer Relations Rep... so our only link as customers to the company has been eliminated from the equation.. we're left to fend for ourselves...

Ew. I got the email on both of my accounts and this still makes me angry. Outspark just keeps getting less and less professional. o.o They didn't mention ANYWHERE that only SOME people deserved an apology, and it seems so random... some people who never play got one, and some people who play constantly didn't. Some CS users got one, some didn't. Fail, Outspark.

I agree! I have 3 different account in this house. My husbands, mine, and a spare and not one of the accounts recieved any "apology" or as they say, "promotion".

I am a cash shop user and a very active player.

It is very interesting that they think that they can make everyone happy by bribing a few.
