Its from outspark. Its supposed to prevent hacks and whatnot, but it doesn't do a very good job. If you remove it you'll be violating their ToS and probably run the risk of being banned or something.

Well generally, the computer's "main" account is admin. However if you're a youngin' and on a family computer, and your parents have a certain account made for you, you need to ask them to change it to an admin account first.

Oh. Are you using Windows XP?
Assuming you are:
1. Click on Start.
2. Click on Control Panel.
3. Click on User Accounts.
4. Click on Change an Account.
5. Click on the account you want to make an admin.
6. Click on Change my account type.
7. I hope you can find your way from here.

Remember, don't discuss how to remove X-trap, we don't condone ToS violations here.
I'm sure you can remove it, but its against ToS to remove it.

From what I recall the people who knew enough about taking x-trap out last time ended up with a corrupt file of some sort and had to uninstall & reinstall and of copurse it was added back with the reinstall.
I have issues with it on the second PC and I have been running some rabbits on it today. Here is a link (not gonna post the same info in two threads) to the reply to what I found:
