well. it depends
if you solo then maybe STR will be better
if you're like me though... hangs out with guildies at high lvled places (like FoS) then dex will be better (saves money on T2 aim scrolls. really trust me)
in pvp though, i think dex rules
you just see "miss" flashing over your head (as long the other person isnt an archer tooXD)
