My weapon looks like this:

Mara Pirates Killer Wand: 0% (Damage: 15%)

Questions:

1. What does 0% mean and how can I increase it?

2. (Damage: 15%) - how does this damage percent increase?

this is the percentage of the license "tier" you have completed. Every time you kill a certain number of the mob, the percentage goes up by one. example:-killing 2 Ratmen increases it by 1%. Every time you get to 100% of a "tier", this percentage resets to 0%, you move to the next tier and you get 5% more damage to that mob.


2. this is the percentage of additional damage that you will do with your weapon to the mob. example:- if you were doing 100 damage to a ratman, you'd be doing 115damage with a 15% license, or so I think
