Monsters are weaker, the exp is different. Fiesta would have to balance some stuff out first.

I doubt these skills will make it to this fiesta, at least no for a long while. And like Yosei said, its not just skills. Mobs are weaker there and give more EXP. Alot would change even if just a few skills were added

For us... I'd guess they'd have to strengthen the monsters, and probably more, alter our stats a little too. Because on Fiesta, I wasn't able to solo in MT til I was like level 30. On BK I could solo there at level 24. We were able to grind in CP in our early 30s with no problems.
But I think the community would generally dislike it at first. They'd be happy they got more skills, but then they'd noticed maybe a monster takes a little longer to kill, or the monster gives a little less exp, and then they'd flood the main forums with "WTH y u do dat???"

Yes but we'd be doing more damage.. and we'd have our buffs. Thats why I said the community wouldn't like it at first. They wouldn't get that they'd have to balance it out.

A large reason is that the stats on Bright Kingdom is drastically different than Shine, and Fiesta.
Bright Kingdom weapons are significantly stronger, with their level 90 weapons having 1000-2000 damage stats.
On fiesta and the korean shine online our damage stats are only in the 400-980 range for our lv.90 weapons.
Our system is already balanced minus bugs with stats. The only thing we need is increased experience rates. For a level 78 monster like the Lizard Knight I should be recieving 3000+ experience for soloing it. Instead I recieve a measly 2100. The experience rates on Bright Kingdom line up with the amount of total experience required.
On fiesta our monster experience rates are constant while our total experience rate keeps increasing.
