In my personal opinion, permanent costume with no bonus whatsoever > costume with bonus stats by a loooooooooooooooooooooong shot.

Save up the coupon, LOL. Though does it take up inventory space? o-o

they fixed it now after the patch.. it's not tradeable anymore.. so they'll just be taking up inv space =_=

I think they sold them by NPC on BK o.O Can't remember. Those things would sell for mad amounts of money on Fiesta though.
