They work on the Korean companies terms. SKiNG said what they do is gather up information of what we apparently want, at the same time they debate on whether its good enough to release or implement into the game. They tell the Korean makers, and all they do is wait til the makers in Korea make the patch and send it over. Then all they do is apply. If theres a problem, like a glitch, they have to wait for another patch again.
But still... they should keep us updated cuz I'm sure 50% of the members of Outspark thinks they make the game.
