stammerer is not about time, its about how many times you shout in an hour. 48 hours online without dissconnecting = hardcore gamer. 4 (or 8?) hours standing in the same city (not in house) = fiesta defender

nono.. stammerer is when u didnt talk for a few hrs... (4 hrs according to wiki)

it doesnt matter if u're vending or not for Stammerer title.. but all other silence/quiet title after that requires u to be not vending...

Shouting titles are Announcer, broadcaster etc...
