The blogs are something you've already made elsewhere... and it just provides a link to that place I guess. The skill costs 500c.
The skills increase the parties accuracy and to increase immunity to curses (ie. slow) and lasts for 30 minutes. The bone shot I have deals damage and decreases the enemy's accuracy... no bleeding damage. Use that in combo with evasion increase buff (lasts 10 seconds) and I say it's a good combo for when the enemy gets too close.
