If its homework issues.. here's some tips.
1. Start it in class. I don't know about you, but in my classes, we had a period in time where we didn't do anything because it was almost time to leave. It was like 10 minutes. I'd start my homework then. And then on the way to the next class.. I'd do a little more before the bell rings and class begins.
2. Get a homework buddy, not group, groups tend to get distracted.
3. Stay after school. At my school, we could stay back in the library and do work. Or if the teacher who assigned you the homework stays back, ask if you can stay back and do it then.
4. Work THEN play. I grew up on that. Even when I was in elementary school, I was not allowed to do squat til my homework was done. But in High School, when I got home.. I wouldn't do it right away. Take some time to relax. Have a snack, turn on some music, just sit there and breathe for a second.

Your situation sounds like my little sister's. She wasn't the smartest student in class but she did try. Most often she wasn't 'perfect' enough so she stressed out often. But the good thing in her case was she would have a tantrum and everything would be fine after that. I'm not tell you to have a tantrum or whatever but it just means you need to tell your worries to a person.

I suppose at that age you wouldn't think about telling your parents but in the end they are the ones who will really care about you. That's what I've been told. You could have close friends but your family grew up with you and know you the most... it never hurts to just talk to them. If you're not easy talking to your parents then your school counselor is a great help. They have studied to help students not only with school but with things outside that such as students stressing out.

I found that during high school the best thing to do was to take up a sport. I've played basketball all throughout my high school life and it's great to get your body moving because it helps to relieve your stress and forget the troubles. And though forums are a nice place to vent it's best you talk to someone in person... who would know you a little bit more personally.
