Graphics properties > Display Settings > Click "Maintain Aspect Ratio."
Try and see if this works. It's off of a Maple Story help forum but it may help solve your problem.

If you right click anywhere on your desktop a menu will appear. Go to Properties and you'll open the Display Properties. Go to Settings and click Advanced.
