it does make immune seem useless.. especially when u cant see it working (like u cant see a prock doing a "miss poison" thing on ur head)... but i'm sure any buff is better than no buff... and i must admit... i got it without thinking coz the buff looks pretty XD but yeah for something i only hv to cast once in an hr... its not bad...
though i dont think u can compare it to protect, coz protect increase defence of a party as the party gets bigger, and u get hit more often than u get illness/poison... etc etc
