I hate to disappoint but ALL program uninstall information is stored in that particular place. No matter where some particular program is installed.
EDIT: Actually I'm curious now. I have ~5GBs with of files in that particular folder on my system, and you have ~10GBs. Exactly how many programs do you have installed?

Sounds like a Windows 8/8.1 problem. I have no such folder on my Windows 7 machine.

This folder is not directly visible, you have to manually specify the path in the address bar in order to see it. But it's there, and I believe it's been that way ever since Win95.
Though Windows 2K and NT use C:\WINNT\Installer path instead.

Wait, the ENTIRE thing? Are you sure you need all that? Because unless you are a professional designer who does design for a living, I doubt you use even half of the whole suite.
Not to mention that the license for 1 machine costs around $1k USD, and that seems like a frivolous spend of money. Even if YOU ARE a designer.

$98? Whut.
... is that place still open?
On-topic: Technically if you uninstall the suite, the good programs should ALWAYS clean up after themselves. Question as to which programs are 'good' is of course open to debate.
