I can't play any more LoL because I'm getting a persistent Attempting to Reconnect error which I can't really fix. Discovered it in my series of course...

I got that error last night too!!! Around that same time that you went into that Jinx game or whatever. Second time in a couple of days that I've gotten it.



What happens is that the game is going fine, normal ping and everything and then it will shoot up too 500, disconnect me, and then it will attempt to reconnect, which it never does. So I will quit out of it and attempt to reconnect from launcher, and then it gives me an error around how there's a firewall or something.

The REALLY weird thing is that when I later went to check my match history to see if I had a leave or not, the match didn't even exist. I was in the middle of a Taric game and there's no Taric game on my profile.

I looked up the error and other people have been getting it too? Apparently there's this rumor that it's because someone is hacking the server that your game is located on (like someone in a higher ELO is hacking the server in order to avoid a loss and your game just happens to be on the same server).

But I don't know if I believe it or not... It's just weird that the entire game would disappear like that.

^ I had that error a lot when starting a new game. Sometimes it'll go into the game after one click, but sometimes I won't be able to get in after many attempts. I know for me, it was my old router because it happened to me again when I had to change to my old router for a few days.

Yeah, I heard some people had their router be the issue, but then it wouldn't make my entire game history disappear. That's the weird part...
