This bug happens when you have the same item in your inventory that you do in your rewards (Example: T1 Def scrolls in both Regular and Reward inventories)
A solution you could try is to place the item imparticular, we'll call them "Doubled Items" from your regular inventory into your storage. Then take the doubled item from your rewards inventory and place it in your regular inventory.
Outspark Staff claim they are working with Onson software to resolve the issue.
