Regional Ban

According to Steam, on the Outspark forum, certain places are banned.

I think China are Japan are the only ones that are banned. It could be the same for Korea, but not sure.

According to Steam, only China and Taiwan have been restricted.

Nice announcement Steam~ kinda answered a few of the questions we've been debating here

but i still see the spammers... but i must say its not as bad as it use to be... the "cant shout till lvl 6" and the GM targeting spamming is slowly getting rid of those spammers
