Some tips would be to heal yourself a lot, even if u're not dying, it's one way to keep aggro and reduce the chance of the mobs going to Elderine and Roumen..
And yeah tab through the mobs, and hit them until you get aggro off Elderine and Roumen, you don't necessarily have to kill the mob before you hit the one...
Mob spawns in two groups, one on either side of the bonfire, I often stand on one side, try get aggro of one group, then work on the other group...
in the end you just have to work fairly quickly and.. GOOD LUCK!

Ninja text! For those who's easily amused I can show you the woooorld!
I don't want to see it!
okay...
I played it for a few people who had trouble with it. It was pretty fun, comparable rush to when you're barely managing to keep people alive. Then again, I was a virgin non-CS user on my original play-through so had to use all +0.
If they haven't changed anything since I played, it's pretty much like the previous posters said. Gaining aggro purely through heal-spam seems to be less effective than in normal-maps so cycle Bashes on mobs that are attacking the NPCs.
I don't know if it's true, but I've heard that Roumen has more HP/Def than Elderine so they said to prioritize getting mobs off of her. Take that with a grain of salt.
They spawn in clumps so just wade in there and gain aggro.
1. not really xD
2. not really.... xD
3. YES, more than heal I think, use it.
^^;
like the other said, healing to get aggro isn't as good as just tabbing through the mob and hitting each until you get aggro. That is what I did, and it works best.
Ah the ebil job change......i failed it too.But it's not as hard as everyone makes it seem
it like Janesama said,its not as hard as everyone says. i successed on my first try on my cleric. just make sure the mobs attack you most of the time and you`ll be fine. but i had to spam every heal i had
