One thing that bugs me are people who play their classes half-assedly...
clerics who heal when the tank is an inch from death, mages who don't use their
nuke buttons as often as they should, fighters who kick after letting their pt take a hit or two...things like that that diminish your value to a party.

When i'm in a pt i try to be the best fighter/cleric/mage/archer I can be.
I spam taunt and kick till I've used more pots than my cleric,I curse myself if I let a party member die, I time my spells to the best of my ability to maximize my damage, I lure the right amount that my party can handle, if I draw more than my party can handle by mistake, I run away from my pt and die.It was my mistake after all...why should they lose their xp?

There are perhaps too many people in this game who are lacking players just because they can be. I try not to be one of them and the day I stop caring is the day i quit.
