Okay. the strange thing is ; i can login to fiesta now but my connection with it always fail. >.>
AND YAY. I finally got my fiesta global character to a two digit lvl. =_=
However, the place is flooded with singaporeans and THERE'S SINGLISH ALL OVER THE CHAT. ZOMG.

NA ips are banned from gamengame Fiesta. I also think that all ips outside of NA will banned from Outspark since it only has the NA license. GameNGame Fiesta after it leaves beta will *global* to any Ip outside of NA.  The GameNGame site even tells NA players to go play Outspark lolol.
