Yeah that looks right, and it shows that you already learnt the elrue 1 skill so you don't need the recipe..

Try do what fetzjr said and put it in your shortcut box, then right click it to use the skill..

From the looks of it you haven't learnt and recipes for scroll making

Funny, it work when i have the icon in quick spell box but not when I click on it in the skill menu
