Well im using ACR with red dot and blue tiger camo (36 till red D: )

And atm Harr/CG/Nuke...And i thought of pavelow xD. What's the flares do anyway?

Some Killstreak rewards release flares when a missile is shot at them to stop the missile hitting them. As far as I remember, the ones that have them are:
Pavelow (One)
AC130 (Have about 30 seconds of no flares after it releases them to shoot another missile)
CG (one)
