It's really only for those who own territories. The marshals can summon the Mystic Merchant that sells these gems you put on your equipment that adds stat bonuses such as INT and resistance, etc.

You combine Lv1 gems to get Lv2 gems which of course has a better stat formula. But the downside was their rate of failure was super high so PWE has now released that Rainbow Stone to make it 100%.

Battle of Chaos was bugged. The mobs you needed to kill would not appear.
