There is no specific date. It is similar to most league standards in that, each captain schedules a time and must stick to that time once its agreed upon by both sides. If you both agree to change it, thats fine, it one team fails to show on the designated time within reason, it will be a forfeit. So basically you have a whole week to play your match which should be adequate time.
