How do I buy lvl 20 equipment?

I changed my title to Hawk Archer above my name. Weapons and equipment in Elderine at the blacksmith say lvl 20. I'm lvl 20. What am I missing? It still appears red for me.

You probably still haven't completed the job advancement quest.

Uh did you do the job change quest for level 20? If you didn't, it doesn't matter that you have the level or title(you get the title automatically at 20). Go talk to Scout master Dekkid to start the quest. Check the wiki for information on what you have to do and how to do it. Or use the search function to get more information on the lvl 20 class change quest.

Scout Master Deikid doesn't have any quest for me. What is the name of the quest? I don't see a single quest on me that says Deikid as the rewarder.

Must not be. When I did them, you went to the class leader in Elderine, but that was over a year ago.

Yes shutian should have a quest called "Road to promotion" i think. Then he will send you to Forest of Mist where you will be teleported to a dungeon and fight with your reflection.
