It's a volunteer thing :>.
The project is similar to FiestaFan, with some different projects and aimed to European players - such as different languages.
Sorry if I'm a bit brief here, and not to explanitory, just that quite busy with getting the site up, and lots of other problems/projects. Anyway, I'll try being a bit more clear on this when I next have time - next week.
