I wouldn't advise following this recommendation. MOST players arent gonna play this game and get to 100, in fact, most won't even get to 60 in my opinion. Cooldown time and Firepower are the only two you really need to be concered about. Decreasing cooldown time on magic missle and fire power on Fire Bolt is a good option.

If you plan on playing this game and getting all the way to 100, the listen to him, but I doubt even most of us will even make it to 60, let alone 100

I only said that because we really don't know about any of the spells after level 59 so its best to just wait and see so that way you can make the right decision and not ruin your character and have to buy the item from the CS to fix your mistake. And whats the point of playing a game if you're not going to go all the way? Just quit now if you're not going to even attempt getting to level 100.

Yeah but what other fun can you have? Its a game? I talk to people while I grind or do whatever and I party a lot. So what else could there be?
