Also, if Ralath really is the last Legal, it would've been better if we did that...

I think we should get to know who decided not to vote or didn't vote.

If they forfeit their right to vote, then I think they need to forfeit their anonymity as well.

I voted ralath

you could have votes on thread instead of pm's
you could also lower the number of players to ten and if someone doesn't participate they get suspended from playing again for a few games.
There could be a l and h sub forum in gamer world and we could have a sign up thread and then when enough people say in then you start playing and if more people sign up you could start a second game so on and so forth plus once you get voted off a game you can than put your name back in to play for next game.
