Three Questions a Week for OS Staff!

Okie dokes, I went through the old questions the two days ago and I figured I might be able to get some help from the active players (because I haven't been very active in game =[) and see if some questions have already been answered by the past patches... o:

Does anyone know anything about GLs (I'm planning to ask the question, but I'm not sure if there were any updates on them).
"Why aren't STR set rings STR/INT so both mages and other classes can use them?" <-- I actually don't know about set rings even when I was active in game (haha) so I was wondering if this still applied.. I thought there would be INT rings if there were STR-only rings.

Oh um yeah that's it. Just 2 questions. haha.

As far as I know, there's just been rumours about GLs disbanding.. I wouldnt mind hearing an official answer regarding that... (though I haven't browse the official forum lately)
