We wouldn't mind moving this guide to the recommended guides, but you would need to fix the formatting first because it is difficult to read.

In particular with your guide -
- Bright green colours as font is not a good idea. You don't have to make all the text a particular colour - sometimes it's better if you leave most of the font as black (the guide made by Loveless explains fonts + colours).
- The images are too big because it stretches the page. Try uploading to image shack, and then use the thumbnail icon, so people can click on the image to get to the original size, while your post contains the smaller version.
There are a few others, but you could change things one step at a time and we can keep giving you feedback on the formatting until it reaches the standard for Recommended Guides.
Of course.... you don't have to change it if you don't want to move it to the recommended guides section.
