Best Build? PvE

a'ight so i just turned to lvl 23 >.<
and i can't decide what to go with DEX or STR?
i already got the 25 SPR pts so idk what to do D:
can some1 give me the pros and cons of each and which they think would be a better choice =]

STR - more dmg kill faster, there's no "cap" to STR (as in, effects doesnt diminish after a certain point), probably take more hits, need to burn a few more HP stones.. great for party archer...

DEX - more dodge rate and aim, there is a cap after 33 DEX (i think from 0.2% to 0.1% in aim and evasion..? need to double check that).. weaker dmg kill slower..

but for DEX, since i have more % in dodge rate i might get missed more even though i get hit more?

hmmm I dont have any DEX built in my archer, and if I put an aim scroll on, I don't miss the mobs that much, so I dont think that's an issue...

and i guess i'll just have to make lots of scrolls for myself =]
