Clerics don't ''own'' anybody generally. Except if you're using Sparkcash against non-Cash-Shoppers. Stock Cleric builds for offense are Full-Str or 25 Spr rest STR. Use a Hammer.
Mages can go either 25 spr rest Int or Full-int. Cash-shop usage (for aforementioned owning) is heavily recommended as Mages need the defense to not fall like weeds.
