Enter DPI from CP, cross the first bridge and look for the first path going right. That's Des Harkan haven.

Serendira is right - the spot to the right of the bridge is has about 15 Des Harkens and nothing else. If you go a little too far, it become Archon Jr. land. I used to grind there to pick up Summoned Beast Tails for scrolls.
