2.Battlegrounds
3.Tournaments i.e.in-guild PvP
4.customization plz

this could'nt have come at a better time...I had thought of leaving the game but this at least is a clear sign of progress

I'd much prefer the customization too, but I guess the cash shop doesn't really interest me since I'll not be using it. It'll just make me drop even farther behind everyone that is willing to spend money on stuff.
