What he/she meant was "Omg.. what now I'm thinking of putting stat points on DEX... What do you think???"
And why put stat points on DEX, if I may ask? It becomes rather pointless, as you grow in levels mobs miss less and in PvP BK weapons and Helgit weapons screw over the high Evasion having players.
