It all comes down to the individual's choice. No one's forcing the person to play 24/7.
Sometimes Outspark does things I can't agree with but in the end, they're running a business. What do you do when you have a business? Earn profits as much as you can. I never expected them to be nice and motherly and kind and all that. As Outspark is expanding, it needs cash to sustain and promote its business. If it doesn't entice players to spend, how else will it survive given that the games are all offered free of charge?

True that..
In the end it's the player's choice to decide how much time, money, health, life they want to spend on the game...

But at the same time, there are regulations on other companies that damage the health of the individual such as tobacco companies. There are laws on what you can do or can't do while you are drunk. Gaming can be an addiction just as much as tobacco or alcohol. Or gambling.
