The quest is still bugged, at least for me and some others. Supposedly its not bugged for everyone, and from what I hear, the 90 greens that drop are statless.
\o/ false hope.

Ya you can do one part of the quest, but the other part is bugged. And for the green drop bug its only armors that are statless.
