I think he's talking about the quest items..
It's an event, where you need 30 relics... take it to Remi's in Roumen, she'll give you a cake-like thing..
then you go to Town Chief Adrian in Uruga and you get to choose between
1) 1 day Blessing of Teva (no exp loss when you die)
2) 1 day 50% exp boost card, or
3) 1 day HP/SP extender..
