!st job change quest involves defeating the shadow in the shadow dungeon

2nd one involves defeating zombies followed by a dice game followed by protecting Roumen and Elderine

and finally the 3rd job change is just talking to NPCs in Elderine. When you get to the end of talking to the NPCs you are given 2 options based on your class. From there you just pick which class you want and thats pretty much it.

How does a NPC click-through acheive the same thing as travelling through time, saving the universe and defeating your shadow-aspect?
